243 <br /> July 1,1992 <br /> C <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes excePt <br /> Councilman Overstreet who was <br /> Motion carried. <br /> BUDGET AMENDMENT-CRIMINAL JUSTICE FUND <br /> Moved by Councilman Diamond, seconded by Councilman Pope to <br /> approve a budget amendment to appropriate 8200,106 for <br /> expenditure for items budgeted in 1991 but not purchased until <br /> 1992 from Criminal Justice Fund 156. <br /> Councilman Diamond reported that the budget committee approved <br /> this amendment. <br /> Roll was. called with all councilmen voting yes except ! <br /> Councilman Overstreet who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> BUDGET AMENDMEet <br /> Moved by Councilman Diamond, seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> approve a budget amendment to appropriate S544,500, an unused <br /> portion of 1991 Fund Budget, to the following funds: Fund 009 <br /> -'General Government non-Dept. Expense ($38,100); Fund 021 - <br /> planning($85;500),Fund 020-Public Mocks ($3,900); Fund 119 <br /> - street Improvement•($324,000)E and Fund 025 -'Transit <br /> (S93,000). • <br /> Councilman Diamond reported that the budget committee approved <br /> this amendment. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Overstreet who was excused. <br /> • <br /> Motion carried. - <br />• BUDGET AMENDMENT-HIGH CAPACITY TRANSIT PLANNING <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Campbell to <br /> approve a budeet aeehement'to transfer $120,000 from Boding <br /> Mitigation Funds (Fund 158) to General Government Special <br /> Project(Fund 11.5)for High Capacity Transit(HOT)Planning. <br />• <br />• <br />
