Mayor cinch <br /> asked the City Attorney to review the tape of the Council <br /> Meeting of December 1990,to see if any issues can be resolved. <br /> Dean Hanson of 7514 Beverly Lane, Co-Chair of Proposition#2, <br /> the,enti-f1uorliation campaign,complained about the removal of <br /> petitions from the Senior Center. Jerry Vrooman, Chief <br /> Administrative Assistant, reviewed the general guidelines <br /> regarding participation in ballot issues. He stated that RCN <br /> 42.17.130 prohibits the use of any public property,facilities <br /> or money to assist or oppose any candidates or ballot <br /> propositions.
