August 19,1992 SGG <br /> i WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on March 17, 1992, the li <br /> Planning Commission held a public hearing regardingthe <br /> establishment of General Land Use Plan Policies and a Pln Map <br /> designation for the hereinafter depicted property;and <br /> WHEREAS, the existing Snohomish County land use guidelines and <br /> regulations consist f the Peine Field Arms Comprehensive Plan: '. <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that State law requires that a <br /> General Plan land use designation be established for areas <br /> annexed to the City{and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds after reviewing Planning <br /> Commission recommendations <br /> mendations at a public hearing on August 19, <br /> 1992, that theGeneral Plan map designation hereinafter set <br /> forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE°BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EVERETT <br /> THAT: <br /> 1. The General Plan land use designation of Highway Commercial <br /> is hereby adopted for the described property. <br /> 2. The official General Land Use Plan Map of this Resolution <br /> and annexation of the property to the City of Everett, be <br /> amended as hereinabove printed. <br /> RollCalled with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Overstreet who voted no and Councilman Campbewho <br /> was excused. <br /> Notion Carried. <br /> Upon motion the meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m. <br /> r <br /> Read and approved as printed. <br />
