197 <br /> August 19,1992 <br /> Councilman Moser reported an the recent JR!,Meeting to review <br /> and discuss transportation issues. <br /> Councilmen Moser also stated that letters had been received by <br /> Deaconess Children Services praising the City's Park Department <br /> for thetr-cooperation and the beauty-of-Legion Park during the <br /> recent car show sponsored by Deaconess. <br /> Councilman Diamond asked about any progress on the placement of <br /> the fountain from Everett Mall.. Jim Shields, Assistant Park <br /> Director, said various locations for the fountain were being <br /> considered but no permanent location has been recommended at <br /> this time. <br /> PRESIDENT'S COMMENTS <br /> President Gipson announced that items number 4, 5 a 6 will be <br /> removed from the Consent Agenda Items and will Sr considered <br /> individually under the Action Items portion of the agenda. <br /> ATTORNEY'S COMMENTS <br /> Michael Weight, City Attorney, announced that the executive <br /> session was held at 5,0 p.m. prior to this evening's meeting 0 <br /> and was on a Personnel Matter. He said that all media had been <br /> notified that the executive session would be held prior to the <br /> meeting. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Eve Campbell, 711 W. Casino Road, expressed distress with the <br /> lack of response to a police call.
