The award was based on increased traffic <br /> contacts resulting in a decrease in accitlehts. Acting Police Chief Mike Campbell introduced Brian <br /> he oath <br /> Blaine Lassich and'Sally Vanbeek who were administered <br /> the ca h'-'of office. Mayor,Kinch then presented them'their <br /> badges. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilman'Moser reported that the Regional Transportation <br /> Planning Group is very close to making a firm decision on the <br /> funding and planning for the rail express bus system.' <br /> Councilman Diamond announced that the second budget workshop <br /> would be held next <br />
