Council has been provided the appeal packet from the <br /> Hearing Examiner, a copy of the tape, as well as a transcript <br /> provided by the appellant. The purpose of the meeting is to: <br /> a) deny the appeal and uphold the decision; b) remand to the <br /> examiner for further consideration;or c)hold a public hearing <br /> and then modify,reverse or remand the decision. <br /> Councilman Campbell revealed to COUnCileembers that he had had <br /> a business dealing with Mr. Bader but didn't feel It would <br /> affect his objectivity in this mate... President Gipson asked <br /> if anyone objected to Councilman Campbell's participation in <br /> this meeting. No one objected. <br /> Dave Tyler, Planning, gave a chronology of events. The City <br /> received an application from Paul Verger, 8521 Holly Drive, <br /> Everett, for a three-lot short subdivision of.93 acres.
