Moved by Councilman Diamond, sec nded by Councilman Moser to <br /> deny the appeal and uphold the decision to approve the <br /> Subdivision Alteration. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL 9209-40 <br /> FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCEmending Ordinance No. 1542-08 which <br /> established a special fund entitled Fire Station <br /> Construction Fund No. 341, Program 989, as emended by <br /> Ordinance Nos.1825-91 and 1852-92. <br /> Arlene McKinney, Silver Lake Action Committee, 11305 W. <br /> Ibbelson Drive, inquired as to feasibility of placing a fire <br /> station <br /> property end felt that traffic in the area <br /> would be impacted. <br /> Terry 011is,Fire Chief, said that the location is temporary <br /> and provides am cellent access to by 112th St., 7th Avenue, and <br /> 19th Avenue. Thearlous considerations in developing <br /> response of location are quick response time, the safety of <br /> the citizens and the safety of the firefighters.
