S.57,97& <br /> Solie Builders,Inc. 66,500 <br /> Clements&Juarez Construction 68,301 <br /> Heritage Construction 80,889 <br /> Staff recommends awarding the gonfract Por tenant improvements <br /> at the Tvedett Transit Operation Facility to Babl Buithers, <br /> Inc.,the lowest and moat responsive bidder. <br /> BID AWARD <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser,seconded by Councilman Overstreet to <br /> award the contract for tenant improvements at the Everett <br /> Transit Operation Facility to 000 Guilders, Inc.,Bothell, the <br /> lowest and moat responsive bidder based upon their proposal and <br /> unit bid of unit prices attended for the estimated total of <br /> $57,975 as received at the bid opening held at 2:00 p.m., <br /> August 27,1992. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except President <br /> Gipson who was excused. <br /> Notion carried. <br /> REQUEST • <br /> Mowed by GounCilman Diamond, aeconded by Councilman Pope to <br /> t=s'forre17,010'f.conr'tl%rtthulncohholoissphitat4" 'o°r"the <br /> remainder of 1992. <br /> Councilman Diamond informed Council that$2,000 would come from <br /> the Council's contingency fund and the Ethel $2,000 from <br /> Administration. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except President <br /> Gipson who was.excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 0 <br />
