Clair Olivers,Public Works,will be helping <br /> him resolve this problem. <br /> YOUTH PROGRAMS PRESENTATION <br /> C Sarah France, Administration, <br /> reported on'the various programs <br /> that have been developed bystaffto.focus'.on gang prevention <br /> and provide a positive environment <br /> d <br /> a role models for'.our. <br /> risk kids. These programs also try to include parents. Jerry Vrooman Administration, <br /> explained .that city representatives have been attending <br /> meetings of the County Youth Task Force. The County has <br /> pledged$100,000 for youth programa end has requested cities to <br /> match this. Everett's share would be$40,000. They may try to <br /> Ccopy the"neutral zone"program. <br />
