3fil <br /> October 7,1992 <br /> The regular ueeting of the Everett City Council was called t <br /> order at B:30 a.m., October 7, 1992, in the City Counci. <br /> chambers of the Everett City Hall, President Gipson presiding. <br /> Upon roll call it was found that Mayor Kinch and all councilmen <br /> were present. <br /> Cokmcilman Andersen led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the September 50, 1992, City Council meeting <br /> Were approved aS printed. <br /> PROCLAMATIONS <br /> Mayor Kinch proclaimed the month of October 1992, as Alpha , <br /> Delta Kappa Month, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Domestic 1 <br /> Violence Awareness Month. <br /> FIREFIGHTERS <br /> Three new firefighters were introduced by Captain Fred <br /> Sennett. They were. Robert Edgley, Jr., Sichael Conrad, and <br /> CStephen Kolb. <br /> APPOINTMENTS <br /> Mayor Kinch requested Council's concurrence on the appointments <br /> of Ty Reed, representative,and Heather McLeod, alternate, from <br /> Cascade High School to the Youth Commission. <br /> Mond by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> concur with the Mayor's appointments of Ty Reed and Heather <br /> McLeod to the Youth Commission. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Mayor also recommended the appointments of Jean Berkey, <br /> Jennifer Juckett and Jay Meister to the Centennial Commission. <br /> Moved by Councilman Diamond, seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> concur with the Mayor's appointments of Jean Berkey, Jennifer <br /> Juckett and Jay Meister to the Centennial Commission. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
