He requested the rerbege, "these certain sums <br /> which <br /> do not eed $25,073.42" be used instead of theamount, <br /> $25,073.42;end also a change in the numbering(010 becomes#7). <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Matron carried.. <br /> PUBLIC NEARING-10207 19TH AVENUE SE REZONE <br /> President Gipson opened the public hearing regarding the rezone <br /> c4 10207 19th Rvenue BE. <br /> Bob landles, Planning, gave a brief chronology. On June 29, <br /> 1990, the applicant, Palisade Properties (Robert and Jeannette <br /> coons) submitted a request torezone <br /> and environmental <br /> checklist. Following staff review and public notice, It was <br /> heard by the Hearing Examiner. The Hearing Examiner <br /> recommended that the City Council adopt the rezone through the <br /> Performance Agreement, Intent to Rezone Process The proposed <br /> zone implements the Comprehensive Plan designation for the <br /> site. City Council adopted a Resolution of Intent to Rezone <br /> end Performance Agreement, Ap...1 3, 1991. The applicant has <br /> performed the physical changes to the site required by the <br /> Performance Agreement and is finalizing n Joint access <br /> agreement with the property owner to the north. The applicant <br /> requests the Cloy Councilor adopt the x e to'change the <br /> Zoning Nap to allow office u e(R-1 to B-2(B))but because this <br /> agreement still needs s to be fully executed Mr. Landles <br /> asked s that this Public Hearing be continued for two weeks, <br /> until this agreement is fully executed. <br /> Pam Newton, Planning, explained that the_..access easement <br /> agreement still needs Bellmark's signature. <br /> Rely Shockoy, representing the Coons,indicated that the Coons <br /> had signed and recorded the easement on their side a are <br /> awaiting the Belmarks to renwrd the easement on their side. <br /> Gary Petershagen, representing the Belmerk Industries, <br /> responded that basically there is no problem with the easement <br /> other then some language clarifications. <br /> President Gipson summarized that this item would be continued <br /> for two weeks. <br />
