640 November 25,1992 ff�� RESOLUTION-LID 726 0 Moved by Councilman Overstreet,seconded by Councilman Anderson to adopt Resolution No.3695 segregating the Local Improvement Assessment for LID No.726 as follows: WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of propertyknown as Treasurer's.Account No(s). 0029 in LID Roll No. 726 tosegregate the assessment of said Treasurer's Account No(s).0029 into separate assessments:and WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of Sufficient value to provide adequate security for the payment of the total antles sment chargeable against the undivided parcel of property; WHEREAS, RCM 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 as mended by Ordinance No. 1072-94, provide a method.of segregating a tract of land in an LID into smaller parcels;and WHEREAS, it is In the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett to segregate said Treasurer's Account No(s) 0029 into the separate parcels:and WHEREAS, the application feeas required by Ordinance No. 299-74,'.as amended by ordinance,No. 1072-84, has been paid-,to the City Treasurer as.a fee,for the segregation ordered herein. Section 1: That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation on the original Assessment Roll No.726. Section 2: That the segregation shall be made as erly as possible on the.:'sae!'::basis as the original assessment was levied. Section 3: That the total of the segregated parts of the original assessments shall equal the assessment before segregation.
