This issue is presented to Council without a <br /> recommendation from the Finance Committee. <br /> • <br /> Moved by Councilman Diamond,seconded by Councilman Anderson to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 3708 authorizing distribution of <br /> Hotel/Rotel tea fonda In the amount of $32,230 for the lg93 <br /> Budget to Belt),Sea Cafe <br /> Councilman Overstre,questioned whether some of the proposed <br /> expenditures were allowed under state law. He recommended that <br /> the mow for the float and$5,000 for the site expenses in <br /> the proposed budget be eliminated and that the City contribute <br /> a total of$22,000 <br />
