CDecember 23,1992 a9g <br /> AGREEMENT-.WASHINGTON STATE ENERGY OFFICE <br /> Moved by Councilman Campbell, seconded by Councilman Overstreet <br /> to authorize the Mayor to execute a contract extension with the <br /> Washington State Energy Office. <br /> Roll was Called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT-DEPT.OF NATURAL RESOURCES <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet,seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> authorize the Mayor to signa <br /> c lease agreement with the <br /> Department of Natural Resources. <br /> James A. Montgomery, Inc. was <br /> retained by the City to design <br /> the Transmission Line No. 2Replacement project.
