It <br /> contained a typographical error. <br /> Cauocimember Gipson questioned if the Master Plan includes a concession <br /> stand?Mr.Cooper answered that it does not and the Parks Board would have <br /> wyew the Master Plan.Courcilmember Gipson indicted that he personally <br /> ould like that to happen. <br /> Roll was called with all councibnembers voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> EVERETT STATION PUBLIC ART <br /> Moved by Camssvlmember Anderson, seconded by Cowrilmember <br /> Overstreet to approve the 60%public art design concepts for the integrated <br /> art projects at Everett Station which include: "The Big Clack"by Jack <br /> Archibald;lighting by Gerry Newcomb;benches by Julie Berger;and"Art <br /> in the Garden"and the great hall floor by Judith Caldwell. <br /> Paul Kafanski innaduced Tad Savimr,lead team deign artist for the Everett <br /> Station project,who gave a presentation regarding the proposed pmjec's. It <br /> included visual displays. <br /> Councilmember Gipson asked if the artists are local.Mr.Saviner answered Oat <br /> several are local adists. <br /> Cauncihnember Pope questioned if the Story Pole would be placed in the <br /> Everett Station.Mr.Savinar stated that cost of mounting the Story Pole and <br /> restoration is well over$300,000.There are circulation issues conceming its <br /> placement in the Everett Strobe building also. He did not recommend its <br /> placevem in the Everett Station as appropriate. He stated that it needs to be <br /> restored and planed in a place of respect,a place conducive to its history. <br />
