I)A terrazzo barb will be located <br /> outside mar the front door.2)An aluminum sheeting frieze of animal images <br /> and text will be mounted above the shelter door.3)A gaup of water jet wt <br /> aluminum sheering animals and objece will be mounted on the outside wall. <br /> Roll was called with all councihoembers voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING-PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY ZONE <br /> CSR-ASSOCIATED AND FOOL SERVICES OP AMERCIA <br /> President Campbell opened a public hearing regarding a proposed resolution for <br /> a planned development overlay zone for CSR-Associated and Food Services of <br /> America in Southwest Everett.6300 Glenwood Avenue. <br /> Gary Doughty,Planning,asked if eoeryone had received an updated packet <br /> which included minor changes to the development agreement and two new <br /> exhibits. He elated dare are no changes in the Planing Commission <br /> Resolution or the propos.City Council resolution. He explained that CSR- <br /> Associated ar.Food Services of America propose a Planned Development <br /> Overlay Zone(PRO)on a sand.00 gravel mining and manfacnring site 01 <br /> approximately 320 acres. The PDO would provide some flexibility to the <br /> underlying M-1,Office and IndusOiel Park Zone,allowinf.more <br /> warehnandse activity.
