March 22,2000 <br /> • <br /> BID AWARD-GOLF COURSE FERTILIZER <br /> Moved by Councilmember Pope,seconded by Cnuncihnember Anderson <br /> that the contract for Golf Course Fertilizer be awarded to the lowest <br /> responsive bidder in each category based upon their proposal and unit bid <br /> of nit prices extended for their estimated totals including Washington State <br /> sales lax m follows: <br /> United Horticultural Supply,Auburn,WA 518,652.71 <br /> Wilbur Ms,Auburn,WA 122,351.27 <br /> Bob Cooper,Parka,sta.that the Parks Deparmrent is requesting the <br /> commission of a report to develop an integrated pesticide management program. <br /> Conncihnember Overstreet remarked that he drought this had already been <br /> done. <br /> Don Hale,Executive Director,stated that a study on the use of herbicides and <br /> pesticides has been completed but that this report will collate that information <br /> into document form. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmembera voting yes. <br /> Motion tarried. <br /> AGREEMENT-FUNDING FOR GROWTH MOMTORIIG/BUHDABIE <br /> LAND ACTIVITIES <br /> Moved by Coonclmember Anderson,seconded by Countdlmember Pope to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign an interlocal agreement with Snohomish <br /> County to receive 536,553.00 in State of Washington funding for growth <br /> monitoring and buildable land activities. <br /> Coocilmember Simpson requested an overview of the agreement. <br />
