January 19,3000 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at'IAO <br /> p.m.,January 19,2000,in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall, <br /> President Campbell presiding.Upon roll call it was found that Councilmembera <br /> Simpson,Warnock,Campbell,and Overstreet were present.
