April 26,2000 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED-BHT COMPANY <br /> This item.an addendum to the agreement with BHT Company that extends Ne <br /> agreement for a period of three months,was pulled from the agenda. <br /> RESOLUTION-VACATION TTEREVE DRIVE <br /> Moved by Counrllmember Anderson,seconded by Councilmember Pope to <br /> accept the petition for vacation of a portion of Ttareve Drive lying south of <br /> Block 2 and north of Block 10,together with a portion of Olympic Drive <br /> lying easterly of Block 11 and westerly of Blocks 2 and 10;and adopt <br /> Resolution No.4898 setting the 24th day of May,2000,as the date for the <br /> public Mating as follows: <br /> WHEREAS,the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of thou <br /> portion of Ttereve Drive and Olympic Drive.described as follows: <br /> See athchmem. <br /> WHEREAS,R.C.W.35.79.010 provided that City Council,by resolution,fix a <br /> date foe public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT that a public hearing be set for May 2A,2000 at <br /> 8:30 a.m.,in the City Council Chambers,City Hall,to consider the propose <br /> vacation of aforesaid right-of-way as herein described. <br /> Councilmember Overstreet questioned who the adjacent property owoera were. <br /> Craig Fullerton,Real Property,answered the Four Square Gospel Church. <br /> Roil Wes called with all courteilmemiers voting yes except Councilmember <br /> Warnock who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 172 <br />
