April 36,2000 <br /> Catholic Community Services $ 25.76 <br /> Providence Sexual Assault Center $ 4,008.24 <br /> Total $1,162,483.28 <br /> I1. If the Department of Housing and Urban Development reduces this <br /> allocation,then each item will be reduced an equal percentage,including <br /> the Community Housing Improvement Program and Community <br /> Development Block Gram Administration. If a reduction is large <br /> enough to cave a burden,as determined by the staff,then a new budget <br /> will be returned to the City Council for their review and approval. <br /> III. The Mayor is hereby authorized to make formal application to the U.S. <br /> Department of Housing and Urban Developnxm for funding assistance <br /> in accordance with this Resolution and the requirements of such <br /> application. <br /> IV. Any hoping assistance received in 2000 is to be used for the above <br /> Pro3ema. <br /> V. This Resolution will become part of the formal application to the U.S. <br /> Depaeunent of Housing and Urban Development. <br /> VI. All payments and income from the Housing Rehabilitation Program will <br /> be used for housing rehabilitation purposes. This is estimated at <br /> $4W,00O.00 for 2000. <br /> VII. The capital projects will be in the f of loans with details of terms and <br /> conditions to be returned to the City Council in a contract. <br /> VIII. The requited application sections and information are to be sem to the <br /> U.S.Department of Housing and Urban Development to complete all <br /> application requirements. <br /> IX. The 2000-2004 Consolidated plan and 2000 Action Plan are hereby <br /> approved to be submitted to the U.S.Department of Housing and Urban <br /> Development to complete all application requirements. <br /> 17 <br />
