• <br /> August 0,2000 <br /> property bested on Marine Drive,northwest of 1Lb.p Bay In Snohomish <br /> County,surplus as follows: <br /> WHEREAS,p operty generally described as the City's nal popery consisting <br /> of appronima ly 906 acres gmaally loured on Marine Drive,northwest of <br /> Tulip Bay in Snohomish County which is legally described in Exhibit <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,hes been examined by all <br /> City departments and each has determined tat the property is no longer needed <br /> to mat any City operational need and such information has been delivered to <br /> the Mayor;and <br /> WHEREAS.the Evaett City Council,having considered the finding of staff, <br /> finds and determines that the property is no longer needed to men any City <br /> opentianal need and such inf tion hes been delivered to the Mayor;and <br /> WHEREAS,the Everett City Council finds that the City has complied will.the <br /> requirements of Section 15.8 of dm City Charter and Un requinmmu of <br /> Resolution No.1984; <br /> NOW,:'HEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Cfn'COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVEREST as follows: <br /> The real property described in Exhibit"0'is not and will not be needed for <br /> City purposes and is,therefore,declared to be surplus properly; <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any vile of the above described properly <br /> shall be in compliance with the provisions of the Everett City Charter and the <br /> purchase pace shall be paid in ash at closing at not lea than its appraised <br /> value. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmembers voting yu. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
