If <br /> permits are ismed,construction could begin in the fall of 2001, <br /> • Construction of vehicle and pedestrian improvements on Evergreen <br /> Way from Evergreen Way and 112°Street SW to Airport Rod, <br /> • Public review of I-5 interchange and arterial access study which <br /> identified the need and potential improvements necessary to <br /> adequately serve Everett over the next 20 Yates; <br /> • Completing the design phase of the Hewitt Avenue sewer project <br /> between Rucker and Broadway,which will include vehicle and <br /> pedestrian improvement upgrades; <br /> • Continuing to joint reunite with Snohomish County on roadway <br /> improvements of common interests.Preliminary design and right-of- <br /> way acquisition for 112°Sorer from Airport Rod to SR 527 will <br /> continue in 2001; <br /> • Design and construction of street widening and pedestrian <br /> improvements for Evergreen Way from ar to 477.Cottmgion is <br /> scheduled for 2001, <br />
