November 1,2000 <br /> The regular mating of the Everett City Council was called to ander at 8:30 <br /> a.m.,November I,2000,ta the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Campbell presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Hansen and Councilmembere Simpson,Warnock,Gipson,Campbell,Pope and <br /> Overshot were present.Cauncilmember Anderson was excused. <br /> Councihnemher Gipson led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the October 25,2000 City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed.Councilmember Pope abstained horn the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Hansen reported Mat he will be attending an apprectation event for the <br /> Parks Department volunteers on Thursday ahemoon.He remarked that he has <br /> completed three of his employee informational meetings and has three more <br /> scheduled. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Couvcilmember Pope stared that he amended the Urban Consortium <br /> Transportation Taskfome meeting where they discussed intelligent <br /> transportation. <br /> Councilmembers Warnock end Campbell reminded everyone that vert Tuesday <br /> is election day and encouraged them to get out end vote. <br /> Councilmember Overstreet commended Clair Olivers and hie staff for the <br /> outmoding job being done on the north end sewer replacement project. <br /> PRESIDENT <br /> President Campbell stated that he will not be present at neat week's City <br /> Council meeting. <br /> 482 <br />
