November 15,2000 <br /> from 1.6(Multiple Family)to 4.4(Mixed Use Commercial-Multi Family)and a <br /> resolution of intern to rezone the property from 11-3 to C-1. <br /> Bob Larsen,Pluming.stated that the Planning Commission ha recommended <br /> approval of this request. <br /> Coumilmember Simpson questioned whether the applicant will be requested to <br /> provide guiding for sidewalks,lighting,etc.Bob Larson stated that those are <br /> suodaed coedidom of approval. <br /> President Campbell opened the public hearing.There was no response. <br /> Moved by Couaellmember Simpson,seconded by Councilmember Gipson to <br /> chose the public hmriag. <br /> Roll was called with all couocilwembers voting yes except Covocilmembers <br /> Anderson.Warnock and Pope who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.0010-48 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE awarding the Land Use Map of the Everett <br /> Comprehensive Ren for the William Scruppe property located west of Hwy <br /> 99 and south of 100"Street from 1.6(Multiple Family,20-29 dwe0iog per <br /> gross acre)to 4.4(Mixed Use Commercial-Multi Family)as part of the <br /> annual update to the Comprehensive Ren. <br /> Moved by Couscilmember Gipson,seconded by Councilmember Simpson that <br /> this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No.0010-48 and <br /> the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the fuel disposition of the <br /> urniesoce. <br /> 526 <br />
