Jim Iles, <br /> Assistant City Attorney,stand that the City has requested Snohomish County to <br /> expand their Urban Growth Area to take in a small parcel of property that is <br /> owned by the City.In order for the City to be able to utilize that property for <br /> recreational purposes,the County would like a representation that it will be <br /> restricted to certain uses.
