December 4,2000 <br /> Councilmember Simpson requested an overview of the agreement. Jim Iles, <br /> Assistant City Attorney,stand that the City has requested Snohomish County to <br /> expand their Urban Growth Area to take in a small parcel of property that is <br /> owned by the City.In order for the City to be able to utilize that property for <br /> recreational purposes,the County would like a representation that it will be <br /> restricted to certain uses. This document indicates that the property will be <br /> restricted to recreational open space uses and agricultural. <br /> Roll was called with all muocihnembers voting yes except Councilmember <br /> Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PLAT OF VISTA RIDGE <br /> Moved by Councilmember Overstreet, seconded by Councilmember <br /> Anderson to approve the Plat of Vista Ridge located at 76.Place SW,ext <br /> of Upper Ridge Road. <br /> Roll was celled with all couocimmbers voting yes except Councilmember <br /> Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION—CAPITALIZATION THRESHOLD <br /> Moved by Councilmember Pope,seconded by Councilmember Warnock to <br /> adopt Resolution No.4984 setting the capitalization threshold for financial <br /> reporting of fixed assets at$5,000.00 as failures: <br /> WHEREAS,it is important to have a uniform system for control and inventory <br /> of feed assets;and <br />
