December 13,2,00 <br /> WHEREAS,the Everett Historical Commission reviewed the request and at a <br /> public hearing detemdved that the Agnew House meets the Everett Register <br /> Criteria. <br /> • Embodies distinctive architectural characteristics of a type,period and <br /> style of conslmoion. <br /> • Exemplifies special elements of the City's cultural,economic and <br /> architectural history. <br /> WHEREAS,the Everett Historical Commission found the renovation and <br /> restoration work accomplished by the owners to be consistent with the Secretary <br /> of Interior Standards for Rehabilitation and Maintenance of Historic Properties, <br /> NOW.THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> 1.The Everett City Council concurs with the Everett Historical <br /> Commission recommendation to place the Agnew House on the Everett <br /> Register of Historical Places. <br /> 2.The Everett City Council places the Agnew House on the Everett <br /> Register of Historic Places. <br /> Roll test celled with all ceuncilmembera voting yea except Cmocilmemher <br /> Campbell who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING-TRANSPORTATION MITIGATION POLICIES <br /> Vice President Simpson opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill No. <br /> 0011-57,a proposed ordinance codifying transportation mitigation policies and <br /> repealing previous interim tmosponarion mitigation policy ordinances. <br /> Vice President Simpson invited public comment.There was no response. <br /> 578 <br />
