PUBLIC HEARING-CALIFORNIA STREET OVERCROSSING President Simpson stored that a public hearing has been sGedsled for item#7,a proposed resolution providing for the closure of Hewitt Avenue,California Stfen and partial closure of Bond Street where these sued¢interna[the BNSF Bayside Line in junction with the California Sunt Overcrnssiag project;#8, a supplemental agreement with the Port of Evermt regarding the California Sneer Overmossing;a.F9,a proposed oedituace creating a special improvement project entitled"California Street Overcrossing"on tonight's agenda.He apologized for any inconvenience to the public but sorted that it A necessary to continue these items to the January 24,2001 010 Council matting to allow staff to complete work on these matters. PURCHASE—POLICE VEHICLES Moved by Couacimember Anderson,seconded by Couucilmember Gipson to approve the purebase of twelve(12)police sedans from Washington State Contract 10200 in the amount of$290,176.71.
