February 7,2001 <br /> Councilmember Pope stated that this item came before the Budget Conmiina <br /> and is recommended for approval. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmembera voting yea except Councilmember <br /> Anderson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Councilmember Pope stated that there will be a Budget Workshop on Manch 28, <br /> 2001 and that the final budget hearing is scheduled for November 7,2001. <br /> PRESIDENT <br /> Deb Williams,Council Director,announced that funeral services for Kailiv <br /> Whitfield will be held at 1:00 p.m.,February 8,2001,at Bethany Christian <br /> Assembly. <br /> AFFORDABLE HOUSING STRATEGY <br /> Ed Peterson,Executive Director of Housing Hope,and Larry Springer, <br /> Snohomish County Office of Housing and Community Development,gave an <br /> update on the housing strategic planning which is underway in our community. <br /> President Simpson stated that there are still adjustments to be made to the City <br /> Council's liaison assignments and thanked CouacJmembet Pope for his Budget <br /> Committee preseoetlioo to the City Council. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Soine re2uated an executive session regarding a real estate <br /> The session is expected to last approximately five minutes with so <br /> anticipated announcement to follow. <br /> 51 <br />
