Pehmmy 14,2001 RESOLUTION-PROPERTY EXCHANGE Moved by Cauncilmember Overstreet,seconded by Councilmember Simpson to adopt Resolution No.5013 authorizing the exchanged -yauce of the 40 ren of City owned property generally located southwest of Lake Chaplain for 80 acres currently owned by We Trillium Corporation located within the Lake Chaplain tributary area as follows: WHEREAS,an exchange of City owned property consisting of approximately 40 acres located southwest of Lake Chaplain in Snohomish County which is legally described in Exhibit"A,"for 80 acres currently owned by Trillium Corporation, which is legally described in Exhibit'R,"has been tentatively negotiated;and WHEREAS,the City owned property is outside the tributary boundaries of take Chaplain;and WHEREAS,the Trillium Corporation Property is within the binary bowdmim of Lake Chaplain;and WHEREAS,the Trillium Corporation property and the City ovmed property have the same appraised value and WHEREAS,the Evcren City Council Ends that the City has complied with the requirements of Section 15.8 of the City Charter and regimomenta of Resolution No.1984; NOW,THEREFORE,BE rr RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP EVERETT as follows: The real property described in Exhibit"A"shall be exchanged/conveyed for the real property described Exhibit"B".
