March 7,2001 RESOLUTION—SEGREGATING ASSESSMENTS/LID NO.719 Moved by Ctunc2member Overstreet,seconded by Conneilmember Gipson to adopt Resolution No.5021 segregating certain local improvement a%+evsmpt is for LID No.719 as follows: WHEREAS,the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property known as Treasurer's Account No(s).0002,0004,0073,0077,0103,0104,0110 and 0111 in LID No.719 to segregate the assessment of said Treasures s Account No(s).0002,0004,0073,0077,0103,0104,0110 a0d 0111 into assessments conforming with the present ownership configuration of said properties;and WHEREAS,the requested segregated pmpeatiea are of sufficient value t0 provide adtgotto security for the payment of the toed assessment chargeable against the w parcel of property,and WHEREAS RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No.299-74 as amended by Ordinance No.1072-84,provide a method of segregating a tact of laud in an LID boo smaller parcels;and WHEREAS,it is in the bat interest of said LID and the City of Everett to segregate said Treasurers Account No(s).0002,0004,0073,0077,0103,0104, 0110 sod 0111 into the separate panels conforming to the cunent oamemhip thereof;and WHEREAS,0n application fee as required by Ordinance No.29374 as amended by Ordinance No.1072-04 has been paid to the City Treasurer as a Re far the segregation ordered herein. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COERCE,OF THE CITY OF EVERETT Section I:That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation a the original Assessment Roll No.719. Section 2:That the segrega0on shall be made as nearly as possible on the same basis as the original assessment was levied. • 90
