March 21,2001 <br /> RESOLUTION—ELECTRONIC TRANSFER <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5026 authorizing payment of electronic transfer <br /> claims against the City of Scored in the amount of$3,112,454.28 for the <br /> period of February I,2001 through February 28,2001. <br /> Roll was called on the consent agenda kerns with all councilmembers voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—KASCBPARL$OCCER FIELDS <br /> Moved by COaocilmember Pope,seconded by Couucdmember Warnock to <br /> authorize the Mayor to Agn the professi0na1 services agreement with Design <br /> Two FourfTwo Sia,Inc to perform design and construction observation <br /> consulting services for installation of m Widal turf on the Kriel,Park Soccer <br /> Fields. <br /> Councilmember Pope stated that this item came before the Budget and Finance <br /> Committee with a recommendation for approval. <br /> Roil was called with all councilmembeis voting yes. <br /> Motion tarried. <br /> GRANT—DOMESTIC VIOLENCE <br /> Moved by ConneOmember Pope,seconded by Cou0ulmember Warnock to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign the necessary documents to apply for additional <br /> grant funding from the United States Department of Justice,Violence <br /> Against Women Office to continue the domestic violence enhanced <br /> prosecution project for an additional twelve months,from August 15,2001 to <br /> August 14.2002. <br />
