_I April 4,2001 WHEREAS,the moos of the members of the public facilities district board of directors should be based on the calendar year so that all tons will expire at the and of each calendar year, NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT: Section 1:The members of the board of directors of the Everett Public Facitides District are hereby appointed as follows for the tame as indicated: 1.One year tam:Karen Shaw; 2.Two year term:Ed Hansen; 3.Three year tam:Allan Dan; 4.Four year tam:Richard Anderson; 5.Four year tam:Earl Dutton Section T Each term shall end on midnight of December 31 ofdee last year of the tamofthe year(s)for which the board member is appointed. SaOon 3:The appointment of these members of the Everett Public Pacilities District is effective as of the date of the passage of this resolution. Section 4:robin tame shall be for periods of four years or the remainder of on unexpired four year ton,whichever maybe applicable so there will always beat lust one tam expiring on December 31 of each year.
