Meg z 2001 <br /> presentation on their draft proposal It must be undemtoad that the Everett City <br /> Council u not here to endorse this project nor are they here 9 speak onbehalf of <br /> Me Port of Everett.The Herald refers to a letter of support by the Everett Council <br /> of the Nary League.The Everett City Council is a septmle entity and the two <br /> organizations should not be confused. <br /> Hank Lindemann,Vice President of the USS Ranger Museum Foundation,gave a <br /> brief presentation regarding the foundation's proposal for an aircraft carer <br /> museum located on the Everett waterfront. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Rochelle Shaman,Sams Mem Wear,2014 Hewitt,updated the City Council on <br /> the number of signatures they have collected in opposition to the proposed multi- <br /> purpose arena. <br /> June Teigen,3509 Nortmg expressed cones regarding drug and other illegal <br /> activities at 3512 and 35t4 Nnnon Avenue. <br /> CAA[Angus suggested that Captain Campbell and Deputy Chief Burke men with <br /> the f families to try to resolve the problem. <br /> Coo cilmwnber Gipson requested that the City Council be updated on this matter <br /> in the fugue. <br /> Melanie Piero,3506 Norton,commented on the need for the Police Department to <br /> update the neighborhood regarding their activities. <br /> Theresa Datmany,3520 Norton,stated that she appreciates the police presence w <br /> her neighborhood and that she wants the problems resolved. <br /> Ed Paskoval's,Deputy Director,Pen of Everett,stated that the Port of Hymen has <br /> met with representatives of the USS Ranger Museum Foundation for several <br /> weeks.Eased an thew assessment of the Port facilities that are available,it is <br /> unlikely that they will be able to make any port terminal facility available for this <br /> 0Ppommity. <br />
