May 23.2001 <br /> Resolution No.S047 U as follows: <br /> WHEREAS,Governor Lucke declared a drought emergency on March 10,SWI; <br /> WHEREAS, the Everett Ware Utility Commitee has developed and <br /> recommended approval of a Drought Response Plan; <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett Parka and Facilities Departments have reviewed <br /> and approved the Drought Response Plan; <br /> WHEREAS,it is important for the City afEve.Public Works Department to be <br /> prepared in the event of a water storage; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT,that the City of EvereR City Council adopts the Drought <br /> Response Plan as recommended by the Everett Water Utility Commitee. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmembers voting ye except Councihnember <br /> Overeat who was excused. <br /> Moran carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—CITY OF HOOUNM <br /> Moved by Cauncilmember Pop,seconded by Couacilmember Warnock to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign an interlocal cooperative purchasing agreement <br /> with the City ofloquum. <br /> Roll was called with all cuimcAM®berm voting yes except Counclmember <br /> Overstreet who was excused. <br /> Macon carried. <br />
