June 6,2001 <br /> City Attorney Soiue requested an regarding two litigation <br /> matters and one real estate matter following the session <br /> meeting The session is <br /> expected to last approximately 20 minutes with no anticipated announcement to <br /> follow. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Brent McKinley,7610 Tyee Road,spoke in opposition to the recreational vehicle <br /> parking ordinance. <br /> Councilmember Pope questioned whether Code Compliance end the Legal <br /> Department could review the ordinance. <br /> David Gibson,P.O.Box CI,Stanwood Vice President of the Seattle Rd- <br /> Trques,thanked the City Council and City staff for supporting their"C000in To <br /> Colby Car Show." He stated that$4,500 in proceeds will go to Hospice of <br /> Snohomish County and$1,500 will be given to the Explaras of Snohomish <br /> County. <br /> David Masrarenas,517 laurel Drive,spoke regarding civil rights violations by <br /> the City of Everett relating to the Ten Commandments monument,demining <br /> smokers who look 17 years old,putting up surveillance cameras on City stream, <br /> and library censorship. <br /> Graham Anderson,Port of Everett,gave a brief update no the North Manor <br /> Master Plan.He stated that the Pon is planning two more Public hearings:one in <br /> August to look at some alternative conceptual designs,and one in the fill to f <br /> on a prefmrd alternative. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Moved by Cauacilmember Anderson,seconded by Couacilmember Campbell <br /> to adopt the following consent agenda item: <br />
