lune 6,2001 <br /> Roll was called with all councihnwnbers voting yes except Councihnembere <br /> Gipson and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried, <br /> HOLD HARMLESS—DEEP SEA FISHERIES,RIC. <br /> Moved by CoMayor <br /> Warnock,seconded by Councilmember Anderson <br /> to authorize the he Mayor to sign a hold harmless agreement allowing the City <br /> of Everett Police Department Tactical Unit the use of Deep Sea Fisheries' <br /> property located at 392E Railway Avenue by holding harmless Deep Sea <br /> Fisheries from any claims which may result from the June 13,2001 training. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmembers voting yes except Councilmembers <br /> Gipson and Overstreet who were excused <br /> Motion carries <br /> COUNCIL HILL NO 01-5-12 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Section 5 of Ordlanee No.21342 <br /> (EMC 1420.050)conforming the City's Cross Connection Control <br /> program to current State regulations. <br /> Moved by Cmmcilmember Campbell,seconded by Councilmember Pope that this <br /> is declared to be the Mild and final reading of Council Bill No.01-5-12 and the <br /> City Clerk is directed to cell the mil for the final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Andemon,Simpson,Wainoak,Campbell,Pope <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED:Gipson,Overstreet <br /> Ordinance Ne 2519-01 adopted <br />
