tone 27,2001 <br /> RESOLUTION—HAZARDOUS MATERIALS INCIDENT COMMAND <br /> ceNcv <br /> Moved by Counrilmember Overstreet, seconded by CounARmember <br /> Campbell to adopt Resolution No.5064 designating the City of Everett Fire <br /> Department as the City's hazardous materials incident command agency as <br /> follows: <br /> WHEREAS,per RCW 70.136.030,the City is required to designate a City <br /> hazardous malaria...dent command agency,and <br /> WHEREAS,in the absence of the City making such a designation,then per RCW <br /> 70.136.030,the Washington State Patrol assumes this designation on behalf ofthe <br /> City;and <br /> WHEREAS,the City wishes to designate its Fire Department as the hazardous <br /> materials incident command agency for hazardous material incidents within the <br /> City, <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT,that <br /> The City of Everett Fire Department is hereby designated as the City of Everett's <br /> hazardous materials incident command agency. <br /> Roll was called with all councimembers voting yes except Coacihnember <br /> Anderson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—PACIFIC AVENUE OVERPASS <br /> Moved by Couociimember Campbell,seconded by CouncEmember Warnock <br /> to authorize the Mayor to execute a dispute rev ew board multi-patty <br /> agreement for the Pacific Avenue Overpass project. <br /> 239 <br />
