July II,2001 RESOLUTION—SEGREOATIONI.ID NO 732-A Moved by Cauncilmember Overstreet, seconded by Councilmember Warnock to adopt Resolution Na.5074 segregating the assesmenti en Treasurer's Account No(s).0022 and 0024 in LID No.732-A as follows: WHEREAS,the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property known as Treasurer's Account Nola).0022 end 0024 in LID No.732-A to segregate the assessment of said Treasurer'.Account No(s).0022 and 0024 into assessments conforming with the present ownership configuration of said properties;and, WHEREAS,the requened segregated properties are of 50IDciem value to provide adequate security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable against the undivided parcel of property;and WHEREAS,RCW 34.44.410 and Ordinance No.299-74 as amended by °Mivsnce No.1072-84,provide a method of segregating assessments on a tract of land in an LID into subdivided pe Js;and WHEREAS,it 0 in the bat interest of said LID and the City of Everett to segregate said Treasures Account No(s).0022 and 0024 into the separate parcels conforming to the current ownership thereof and, WHEREAS,the application fee as required by Ordinance No.299-74 as amended by Ordinance No.1072-84,has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee for the segregation ordered herein. NOW,THEREFORE,HE ff RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVHRHTT Sentient:That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation en the original Assessment Roll No.732-A. Section 2:That the segregation shall be made as nearly as possible on the same basis as the original assessment was levied.
