Upon roll imemI <br /> bers Anderson Simpson,m <br /> Warnock,Gipson,Campbl it was found that ell,Pope and <br /> Overstreet were present. <br /> Police Sergeant Pete Grassi led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the August'1,2001 City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed.Ceuncilmember Gipson abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> OATH—POLICE OFFICERS <br /> Deputy Police Chief Stilesinrtoduced Keith Jones and Kevin O'Brien,new police f7)officers. <br /> Moved by Commilme!bar Gipson,seconded by Cember Warnock to <br /> concur with the appowtments of Keith Jonesanded Kevin O'Brien as new <br /> pollee officers. <br /> Roll was called with all counciimembers voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Deputy City Clerk administered the oath of office. <br /> Mayor Hansen reported that he attended several of the Night Out Against Crime <br /> ants sponsored by the neighborhoods.He slated that they were well attended <br /> and thanked all those who helped organize them. <br /> 322 <br />
