RESOLUTION—CLAIMS To adopt Resolution No.5088 acknowledging the payment of audited lad approved claims against the City CO Everett in the amount of 56,226,789.88 for the period of duly 28,2001 through August 3,2001. RESOLUTION—PAYROLL To adopt Resolution No.5089 acknowledging the payment of audited and approved payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $2,600,578.61 for the period ending duty 28,2001. Roll was called on the consent agenda items with all muucihnembers voting yes except Councihnember Anderson who was accused. Motion nrricd. STREET CLOSURE—HEART WALKS Moved by Councilmember Pope,seconded by Counuhuember Overstreet to approve a rolling street closure beginning and ending et Everett Community College(see attached map),for One-Mile and Threc-Mile Heart Walks sponsored by the American Heart Association,ie conjunction with the Everett Fire Department,on October 20,2001,8 a.m.to 12 p.m.with the condition that them be certified naggers et A100eeen and Wetmore,Alversoe and Rucker,Grand and 191,and Rucker and 191. Councilmembm Gipson questioned whether the walks should be approved with the sew n being done on the no0heod. Larry Crawford, Administration,stated that the sewer project should be completed by the end of September,2001.
