August 22,2001 RESOLV RON—DESIGN GU W ELRJES Moved by Comncilmember Warnock, a wended by Coun.Rmember Overstreet to adopt Resolution No.5094 amending the design guidelines used for the amigo and review of single family attached and multiple family esidential development to provide eomu[eecy with the City's local project review procedures ordinance,amending Section C of Exhibit A of Resolution No.4618 as follows: WHEREAS,the City adopted interim permit review proteases for lend use permits through the adoption of00di00.No.2136-96;and WHEREAS,through the adoption of the City's local project review procedures ordinencs,the City has incorporated the imerim regulations into the local P jeot review procedures ordinance which is intended to be a master procedural ordinance for land use applications within the City;and WHEREAS,it is the intent of this ordinance to make the necessary revisions to the deign guidelines used foe the design and review of single family attached and multiple(belly residential development standards as set fodh in Resolution No. 4618 in cede(to be consistent with the provisions of the City's local project 00Veew Procedures ordinance;and WHEREAS,the City Council finds: 1.The amendment is consistent with the applicable provisions of the Everett general Pia;and 2.The amendment bears a substantial relation to public health,safety or welfare;and 3.The amendment promotes the best long term interests of the Everett community, NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Section 1:That Section C of Exhibit A of Resolution No.4618 which reads in part as follows: C.
