October 10,2001 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 830 am., <br /> October IR 2001 in Ore City Council Chambers of the herd City Hall,President <br /> Simpson praidin& Upon roll call it was found that Mayor Hamm and <br /> Councilmembers Anderson,Simpson,Warnock,Gipson,Campbell,Pope,and <br /> Cvers.et were present. <br /> Assistant City Attamey pun led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the October 3,2001 City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed <br /> OtY'QR <br /> Mayor Hansen reported that he met with a team noon Snohomish County <br /> yesterday to discuss a variety of issues including campus redevelopment and <br /> trmapartation. <br /> REPORT—SNOHOMISH COUNTY CAMPUS REDEVELOPMENT <br /> ffIJ2o IVE <br /> Dale Mases,Project Manager for the Snohomish County Campus Redevelopment <br /> Initiative,stated that Snohomish County will submit a formal request for Planned <br /> Development Overlay consideration in December,2001.He invited the public m <br /> attend an open house mnight from 5:00 Ron.to 8:00 p.m.in the Snohomish <br /> County Administration Building Tubby to view some of the considerations which <br /> will be submitted <br /> Paul Robe.,Planning,stated that the Planing staff has been working directly <br /> with Snohomish County's development team throughout the past year.A master <br /> plan proposal it being developed and will be submitted.He remarked that the <br /> Pm <br /> leed Deveten <br /> opmt Overlay proems,which the Council requested in a <br /> resolution that was passed last year,will be engaged.
