October31,2001 <br /> AGREEMMENT-COMMUTE TRIP REDUCTION FUNDING <br /> Moved by Couvctlmember Anderson, scalded by Couucilmember <br /> Warnaak to authorize the Mayor to sign an interlocal agreement with <br /> Snohomish County for Commute Trip Reduction funding in the amount of <br /> $52,976.42 from duly 1,2001 through lune 30,2003. <br /> Councimember Warnock questioned how much of the commute trip reduction is <br /> done by the City of Everett..Tom Hiugstoa,Transportation Services.stand that <br /> most of the commute trip reduction is done through a contract with Snohomish <br /> County.The City of Everett does review reports from employers in tin COO. <br /> Couocilmember Warnock quesnoual whaler the City has considered a change <br /> in this process.Tom stated that it could be done in-house but that it is not being <br /> considered at this time. <br /> Roll was called with all couarihvembers voting yes except Couucilmember <br /> Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT-SANITARY SEWER FLOW MONITORING <br /> Moved by Couacilmember Campbell, seconded by Cauncilmmber <br /> Warnock to authorize the Mayor to sign a supplemental agreement to the <br /> contract with ADS Environmental Services to the amount of$257,030.00 to <br /> perform Phase H of the Sanitary Sewer Flow Monitoring project. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmembers voting yes except Couucilmember <br /> Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 470 <br />
