The topic was <br /> Digital Democracy/Civic Engagement in the 2r Century."He stated that this <br /> organization also will sponsor the All American Cities presentation in Pune, <br /> 2002,sed that the city's applications must be submitted by mid March. <br /> Councilmember Anderson thanked the City of Everett and Dale Preboski, <br /> Administration, for thew participation in sponsoring the Nary Band's <br /> performances Everett on Monday. <br /> PRESIDENT <br /> President Simpson wished everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Soine requested as executive session regarding three real estate <br /> matters and one litigation matter following the meeting.The session is expected <br /> to last approximately 30 minutes with no anmmcement anticipated. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Odes Olson,6707 Berkshire Drive,expressed roncem regarding the City's <br /> decision not to hive any new public safety employees during the year 2002. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Moved by Counepmember Pope,seconded by Councilmember Overstreet to <br /> adopt the following consent agenda items: <br /> 507 <br />
