December 12,2001 <br /> WHEREAS.in Resolution No.5125 City Council did Rx December 12,2001 at <br /> 8:30 a.m.as the date and time of the public hearing for said proposed right of <br /> way vacation;and <br /> WHEREAS,R.C.W.35.29.020,la part,require twenty days'notice of the <br /> pendency of the petition by written notice posted in three of the most public <br /> places in the city...,and like notice in a conspicuous place on the sweet or alley <br /> sought to be vacated.';and <br /> WHEREAS,in order to provide adequate time to provide proper notice,the <br /> hearing needs to be reset; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT,that Resolution No.5125 aetdng December 12,2001 at <br /> 8:30 a.m.is hereby repealed;and <br /> RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public hearing be set for Iammry 2,2002 <br /> at 8:30 a.m.in the City Council Chambers,City Hall,at 3002 Wetmore <br /> Avenue,to consider the proposed vacation of the aforesaid rights-of-way,as <br /> herein described. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmembers voting yes. <br /> Mstiaa raffled. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.01-11-53 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the age reduction language of the life <br /> insurance and the accidaolal death and dismemberment insurance <br /> granted the appointive office.,classified non-represented employes, <br /> and elected officials of the City of Everett and amending Section <br /> I.B.3 and Section 3.A.4 of Ordinance No.159489(EMC 2.14.020), <br />
