December 12,2001 COUNCIL BILL NO.01-11-56 THIRD AND FINAL READING: AN ORDINANCE of the City of Everett,Washington,providing for the issuance and sale of limited tax general obligation notes of the City in the aggregate principal amount of$5,000,000 for the purpose of mtabhshing a revolving Rue of credit to provide funds to pay the capital and operating expenses of the City from time to Ruse pending rapt of revenues or the proceeds of other obligations and to pay the cost of issuing such nota;providing the date,form,and repayment terms of the nota;providing for the annual levy of taxa to pay the prtncipol of and interest on the notes;and authorizing the sale of the nates. Moved by Councilmember Pope,seconded by Councilmember Simpson that thA is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No.01-11-56 and the City Clerk is directed to call the ro11 for the final disposition of the ordinance. COUNCIL BILL NO.01-11-5I THIRD AND FINAL READING: AN ORDINANCE approving the appropriations of the 2001 revised City of Everett budget and amending Ordinance No.2527-01. Moved by Councilmember Pope,seconded by Councilmember Anderson that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No.01-11-57 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the ordinance.
