April 17,2002 <br /> CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to approve the following consent agenda items: <br /> RESOLUTION-CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5181 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $1,182,798.71 for the period March 30,2002 through April 5,2002. <br /> STREET CLOSURE <br /> To approve a rolling street closure for Merrill Creek Parkway, <br /> Glenwood, Sievers-Duecy Boulevard, 75 Street and Seaway <br /> Boulevard for 5K and 10K run/walks sponsored by the South Everett <br /> Youth and Community Center on May 18,2002,8 a.m.to 12 p.m.,with <br /> the condition that they run clockwise with a Bagger at each <br /> intersection and a certified Bagger at 23.Avenue W.and Merrill <br /> Creek Boulevard to assure safe crossing of the mad. <br /> Rot was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Anderson who was excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> Moved by Council Member Pope,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to adopt Resolution No.5182 concerning the City of Everel's <br /> commitment to Snohomish County related to the construction of the <br /> • <br /> County's office building and parking facility. <br /> 115 <br />
