■ • <br /> April 24,2002 <br /> AYES: Anderson,Olson,Hetloe,Gipson,Campbell, <br /> Overstreet <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED:Pope <br /> Ordinance No.2599-02 adopted. <br /> BID AWARD-HEWITT AVENUE UTILITIES AND STREET <br /> IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Moved by Council Member Ha0oe,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell that the contract for Alternative 1 to the Hewitt Avenue <br /> Utilities and Street Improvement project including Venison's bid <br /> schedules J and K,be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder, <br /> Wilder Construction,Everel,WA,based upon their unit prices bid <br /> extended for an estimated total of 59,489,812.00 as received at the <br /> bid opening held et 2:00 p.m.,April 18,2002. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Pope woo was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> LOAN APPLICATION-CROSS-TOWN EFFLUENT PIPELINE <br /> Moved by Council Member Campbell seconded by Council Member <br /> Hatice to authorize the Mayor to sign a 2003 Public Works Trust <br /> Fund loan application to borrow$5.49 million for the Cross-Town <br /> Effluent Pipeline project which will connect the treatment plant to the <br /> sewer outfall at Kimberly Clark <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Pope who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. • <br />
