April24,2002 PUBLIC HEARING—SHORELINEMASTERPROGRAM- President Anderson opened a pudic hearing regarding Council Bill No. 02-04-17,a proposed ordinance adopting the updated Shoreline Master Program,superseding the existing Shoreline Master Program,amending the Everett Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Code,and repealing Ordinance No.2512-01. President Anderson invited public comment. Paul Robeds,Planning,gave a brief presentation regarding the proposed ordinance end the Dopadmentof Ecology's findings and conclusions. Mayor Hansen arrived.
