I <br /> May 1,2002 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED <br /> Moved by Council Member Campbell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Ratios to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.2 to the GIS <br /> Migration Consulting Services agreement with Roy F.Weston to <br /> allow ESRI,a subcontractor,to own the computer program code <br /> developed for the City. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> Moved by Council Member Pope,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to adopt Resolution No.5187 recognizing the Motor Vehicle <br /> Division's Fleet Operations for being named the number one best <br /> managed and most efficient fleet In the nation by Automotive Fleet <br /> Magazine. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED-INTERSTATE 5 INTERCHANGE AND <br /> ARTERIAL ACCESS STUDY <br /> Moved by Council Member Pope,seconded by Council Member <br /> Ration to authorize the Mayor to sign Supplement No.5 to the <br /> Interstate 5 Interchange and Arterial Access Study agreement with <br /> Perteet Engineering,Inc.in the amount of 5388,853.00 for an access <br /> point decision report(Phase II),which will provide operational and <br /> accident analysis of the proposal,and discuss how the interchange <br /> may be affected by future I-5 modifications and NOV improvements. <br /> 134 <br />
